• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included.
• Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Products damaged after use.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Customized or altered products.
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale unless defective.

Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation:
